Destruction of stray dogs
Dog catchers are engaged by the municipal councils to seize and destroy stray dogs to prevent Rabies menace. Remuneration as fixed by Government per dog is paid to the dog catchers. A considerable amount is being spent by the urban local bodies for the seizure and destruction of stray dogs.

IT'S A SHAME ALRIGHT!! YOU CAN'T JUST KILL STRAY DOGS FOR STOPPING THE SPREAD OF RABIES... THE SMART THING TO DO IS VACCINATE THEM... STRAY DOGS HAVE A LIFE TOO.... I AGREE WITH YOU.... IF ONLY THE WORLD WOULD UNDERSTAND THAT ALL ANIMALS HAVE A LIFE... I am glad you posted such nice a nice thing in your blog.... people need to spread awareness.....
